My story

Meet Andy, a young, puppylike Labrador/Shepherd mix who’s still figuring out the world—but he’s doing it with a wagging tail and a heart full of love! At around 1 year old (maybe even younger), Andy came to us as a stray, so his past is a bit of a mystery. What we do know is that he’s a sweet, goofy boy with tons of potential. Andy can be a little shy at first, but once he feels safe, his affectionate, playful nature shines through. He’s a big fan of treats (seriously, he’ll do just about anything for a snack!), which makes him a great candidate for training. He hasn’t learned his basic manners yet, but he’s eager to please and ready to soak up all the guidance and love he can get. He loves running zoomies in the yard with his human friends, and excitedly body slamming in passing. Like a wild game of "tag". He doesn't really understand that not everyone wants a 60lb body slam hug in greeting LOL Andy would likely thrive in a home with another fun-loving, dopey dog to romp around with—and he may also do great with kids who can help tire him out and grow alongside him. If you’re looking for a sweet, silly companion with a heart of gold and a puppy’s zest for life, Andy might just be your perfect match.
