My story

Meet Daisy – The Cur-Meets-Shepherd Marvel with the World’s Cutest Ears!  Miss Daisy had the tragic luck of ending up at ACS (Animal Care Services) in San Antonio, Texas, and was at risk on the euthanasia list. A follower who had taken Daisy out of the shelter for a playday reached out and begged us to save her and we can see why. Daisy was sprung from ACS and fit into her foster home immediately! This girl is just a happy go lucky girl. She made instant friends with her foster brother and proved to be completely house, potty, crate and leash trained! Her foster says she's super sweet, playful, vocal, lots of energy, has wiggle butts and is a VERY good girl! Need a little more whimsy in your life? A little more tail-wagging joy and ear-flopping charm? Meet Daisy—an enchanting mix of Black Mouth/Mountain Cur smarts and Shepherd heart, wrapped in soft fur and topped with the most ridiculously adorable ears you've ever seen. Seriously, they're like satellite dishes for love! Daisy is the perfect blend of adventure pup and cuddle connoisseur. One moment she’s exploring the yard like a brave forest ranger on patrol, and the next she’s curled up beside you, dreaming of treats and belly rubs. Her ears perk at every interesting sound, flop dramatically during zoomies, and twitch with delight at the word “outside?” She’s loyal, gentle, and full of curiosity—always ready to learn, play, or just be your shadow. Whether you live on a mountain trail or a quiet street, Daisy will thrive in a home that gives her space to sniff, explore, and soak up your love like sunshine. Daisy is good with other dogs and kids, we're just not sure about cats yet but she loves chasing birds and squirrels!
