Fenrir

My story

Fenrir is the absolute sweetest boy. He has such good manners. All 90 pounds have cuddled all of us, he gives hugs when requested. He is fully potty trained, no accidents! Shows no signs of aggression with other dogs or food. He LOVES being outside. He only barked at some coyotes howling. He has done well on car rides. He would make a great farm dog or giant lap dog. Volunteers say "From the moment we hit the road, he was the perfect co-pilot. He curled up sweetly in the back seat but would occasionally reach his paw up, gently nudging for a hand to hold. Total heart-melter. Our destination? Home Depot! As soon as we arrived, Fenrir hopped out of the car like a pro. He walked calmly beside me on leash and harness, no pulling or zig-zagging—just smooth strides and curious eyes. Inside the store, he was a star. He greeted people with a wagging tail, a polite sit, and his signature paw-shake. He even locked eyes with a few admirers, giving them his most soulful “adopt me” gaze. It's clear this guy has so much love to give. He responded to his name well and followed leash cues with ease—such a smart and gentle pup. When it was time to leave, he hopped back into the car like a seasoned traveler, content and ready for the next adventure." Fenrir does have containment anxiety issues and will bust out of crates, can be destructive if left alone and does know how to escape some fences.
