My story

Meet Stella,Don't be fooled by this girls age, she may appear to be heading into her golden years but she is a bundle of energy! Stella came into our care through our Animal Protection Services after her owners could no longer provide the care she needed. Stella struggles with separation anxiety and is looking for a detached home with an owner who is retired, or works from home full-time. She would love a fenced yard to continue working on her obedience and for extra playtime. She is very vocal in care and would benefit from a home that can continue to provide her the love, support and exercise she requires to learn confidence and independence when alone. Due to her high energy and anxiety, she would not be suitable for condo or apartment living. Stella is very friendly and comes from a home with children and other small animals and is likely to do well with both in a new home with proper introductions. Stella is awaiting blood work and a dental exam before booking her upcoming spay on the North Shore, so a local adopter will be prioritized at this time.If you would like to meet this sweet senior and give her a second chance at love, stop by the West Vancouver BCSPCA between 12pm-3pm Tuesday-Sunday or send us an application today! Primary Color: Black Weight: 30.6 Age: 7yrs 0mths 1wks

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Stella, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
