My story

Cinnamon Roll is as sweet as his name, plus a whole lot of fun! This wiggly, happy guy has a big personality and even bigger heart. He’s playful, affectionate, full of love and tail wags! Cinnamon Roll is looking for an adult-only home where he can be your goofy best friend. He’s a strong pup who doesn’t always know his own strength. Still, he’s crate trained, housebroken, and has done well with other dogs. He just needs a confident adopter ready to embrace his energy and help him thrive! Towards the end of the meet started to leash bite quite a bit and jump up and was a bit nippy. I think he got leash bitey because he was not able to run around, but is still soemthing I would be cautious about 05/13/2025 staff notes: KENNEL PRESENTATION: Cinnamon Roll was heavily panting at the front of his kennel and was very excited to leave. He was jumping up a couple times and put his paw through the loop. I was able to quickly calm him down and he came right out once secured. LEASH SKILLS: Pulls moderately HANDLING : In the room, Cinnamon Roll was so excitable and wanted to play play play. He showed no interest in staying still, treats or doing tricks. He allowed all handling and was super loose and wiggly. He is a very goofy and go lucky boy. I tried to make him pay attention to me for more than just receiving pets and play and he could not concentrate. He has a lot going on in his head and it all involves moving around. PLAY: Engages in play TOYS: Not interest 05/13/2025 staff notes playgroup: Steerable with shake can, playful, social, engages in play 05/12/2025 staff notes: Dog broke free from the leash outside the intake lobby and walked up to a leashed dog and did fine, no reactive behavior at all. Dog was super friendly in the lobby, he is very strong and does pull on leash ACCT Philly is located at 111 West Hunting Park Ave in. We are open for adoptions 7 days a week.
