My story

Eliza is a calm, independent girl who takes the world in at her own pace. Though initially hesitant to be leashed, she moves confidently once outside. She’s a big sniffer who can pull when curious, but she’s generally well-mannered on leash. Eliza prefers to explore her surroundings over engaging with people or treats, though she remains easy to handle and tolerant. She’s dog-neutral, showing no reactivity even when barked at. If you’re looking for a low-key, pup, come meet Eliza at ACCT Philly, open daily from 10 am to 6 pm BEHAVIOR 07/20/2025 volunteer notes: Kennel presentation: Eliza came to the kennel door, but then when I stuck my leash in, she turned her head to the side, and although she did not retreat, she did not put her head towards the leash. I reached in and was able to lasso her head and then she hopped down right away. Dog interaction: Outside a dog barked at her through the fence and she stayed completely neutral looked at me, and moved on. Leash skills: Can be strong on leash when pulling towards something. Big sniffer. Occasionally takes hard leash pressure to move her along. Sociability: in dog run, Eliza ignored me pretty much. Was Aloof. Did not respond to treats, toys, or calling. She walked around calmly and sniffed. She did perk up when hearing another dog. Return: Eliza hopped right into kennel and I removed leash MEDICAL Tech Exam: Intake - Medical 07/20/2025 | 12:52 pm Clinic ACCT Philly Weight 75.2 lbs Body Condition Score 5 - Ideal Assessment Microchip Found?
