What my friends at ACC say about me:Robin tolerates attention and petting but appears fearful or stressed in the shelter. She may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to her new home. We recommend this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents. Due to the behavior shown, she may not be a great fit for young children and at this time may do best in an adult only home.A volunteer writes: Sitting at the front and practically bouncing on her kneading paws, Robin seemed ecstatic at the chance to have a visitor. I opened her condo door and sat down watching her as she pranced around and around, kneading her paws and rubbing her cheeks on just about anything she could find. Robin was brought to us due to her person's health and lived with other cats and children. We know she can take a little time to warm up to new people, cats, and situations but is known to be a curious and outgoing friend. The shelter's considerably different than a home and while we can see she's trying her best, Robin's a look with your eyes and not with your hands kind of girl right now and she certainly held me to that. After admiring her kneading dance, I offered my hand and she explained she wasn't ready for that, but if I wanted she could show me some more fancy kneading in place styles. I agreed and realized that Robin knows where she wants to go, even if she isn't entirely sure on how to get there. Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 8.04 Age: 3yrs 2mths 0wks
