My story

Meet Hoby! This kind, gentle soul is one of the sweetest lovebugs we've had in a long time. Hoby found himself alone in a crowded shelter after his beloved owner had to move into assisted living. His world changed overnight and he was confused, heartbroken, and in pain. Now safe with us, Hoby is beginning a new chapter. He loves exploring the yard and meeting new people - he's never met a stranger! He also adores being snuggled, getting belly rubs, and staying in the middle of all the action. Hoby has severe dental disease that is causing him significant discomfort, so we're working to get him the care and relief he needs to heal. Hoby is a great companion. He looks forward to his daily walks, is housetrained, and loves to snuggle. He loves hanging out on his human's lap and getting plenty of pets. He'd prefer to be with people as much as possible so his ideal family will be home most of the time, but when they have to run out he's happy to snooze on the couch and await his next cuddle session. Hoby loves looking out the window from the back of the couch and watching the world go by. And while he may be a senior, he still gets the zoomies! He had a blast playing with his 55 lb hound foster sibling on his second night with Miri's. Hoby will bring so much love, joy, and laughter to his forever family. Could it be yours?
