My story

Are you looking for a new best friend? Meet Garth! This adorable 13 week old boy has friends in all places (not just low ones). He's a real people dog, following his foster mom around wherever she goes and often napping on a bed she calls "her office". He's up for a good game of stick and "keep away from my big brother" anytime. As a young pup, he's still growing quite a bit so needs his naps during the day! He'd do well with other canine friends or on his own - all he wants is a person who loves him and tells him he's a "good boy"!He's still a young pup so housetraining is a work in progress. We can happily report that he has had no accidents in his foster mama's house and knows the words "outside"! If you have treats and room in your heart for the sweetest boy, apply to meet Garth today!Garth is available as part of our Foster to Adopt Program - what this means is that his adoptive family (once approved through the adoption process), will act as his foster family until he is of age to be neutered and his puppy vaccinations are completed. Foster to Adopt families MUST be located within 1 hour driving distance of our location. This is because puppies will have several clinic visits for vaccination updates and our veterinary partners are all in the Raleigh, NC area.***Please Note: All the available dogs listed on our website are getting spoiled in private foster homes. If someone has caught your eye and you wish to arrange a meet and greet, we do need you to fill out the adoption application. When your adoption application is received our screening team will verify the information given. Once your application has been confirmed and approved, we will be send it over to the foster parent for review to determine if your home is a good match for the dog. In the event one lucky dog receives multiple applications, please know we do not select based on a first come basis. We try our best to select the best-fit for our animals and families. ***
