My story

đŸŸ Meet Jada: The Dog You’ll Compare All Others To đŸŸJada is a 6-year-old brindle beauty with soulful eyes, a gentle heart, and the kind of love that stays with you. She’s got that “old soul” energy—loyal, calm, and deeply connected to her humans. She’s the type who listens with her whole heart, follows you like a shadow, and settles in like she’s always belonged. A true confidante in canine form.House-trained? Check. Leash pro? Double check. Whether you're out exploring or just strolling the block, she’s perfectly by your side—and once home, she transforms into the ultimate cuddle bug. Belly rubs, lap time, and baby-style snuggles are her jam.She doesn’t need a pack to be happy—just you. Though she’s curious and loves to sniff around, she’s all about that chill life. Her naps are legendary, often complete with little snores and her lip hilariously stuck on her teeth. She lives by the “if I fits, I sits” rule—no space too small for this snuggle queen.Jada’s been through it—she’s got a bullet fragment in her leg and grade 1 luxating patellas (don’t worry, just some supplements needed for now). She’s spayed, up to date on her shots, and totally ready to love.Looking for a soulful sidekick? A little shadow with a big heart? Jada’s ready for her forever. And trust us—once you meet her, every other dog will be held to her standard.***Please Note: All the available dogs listed on our website are getting spoiled in private foster homes. If someone has caught your eye and you wish to arrange a meet and greet, we do need you to fill out the adoption application. When your adoption application is received our screening team will verify the information given. Once your application has been confirmed and approved, we will be send it over to the foster parent for review to determine if your home is a good match for the dog. In the event one lucky dog receives multiple applications, please know we do not select based on a first come basis. We try our best to select the best-fit for our animals and families. ***

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Jada, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
