My story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Who wants an adorable puppy?  Jules is a wonderful puppy who will bring joy to your home.  Please consider submitting an application to Best Friend Pet Adoption for Jules.   Our application can be found on bfpa.org or via the following link:  https://toolkit.rescuegroups.org/of/f?c=WHMSYCNC. Meet Jules – A Resilient, Loving Pup Ready for Her Forever Home! Jules may have had a rough start in life, but this beautiful pup is all heart and happiness now. She was found as a stray and taken to a rural shelter before being rescued by BFPA. Just two weeks later, Jules fell seriously ill and was diagnosed with Parvo—a potentially fatal disease for puppies. But this little fighter beat the odds, spending several days at the emergency vet and coming out stronger than ever! Now fully recovered and thriving in her foster home, Jules is the picture of a happy, healthy puppy. She’s everything you’d expect from a young dog—playful, affectionate, curious, and absolutely adorable. Jules loves toys, enjoys mealtime, and is always up for a good nap after a play session. She’s high energy, very quiet, and would do just fine in an apartment with regular walks and outdoor time (which she adores!).  Jules gets along well with the other dogs in her foster home and would be thrilled to have a canine buddy who likes to play but she’d also thrive as a solo dog, especially if her people are active and home most of the time. She hasn’t lived with cats, but does well around chickens and shows no signs of prey drive—though she may try to play or chase in good fun. This smart girl is already crate-trained, sleeps through the night, and is working hard on her potty training. She knows “sit” and is currently learning “off” and “wait.” Jules is very food-motivated, making her highly trainable and eager to please. She walks nicely on a leash (especially when solo) and rides great in the car, making her a perfect adventure buddy or chill-at-home companion. Jules has fought hard for her second chance—now she just needs someone to give her the loving home she deserves. If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal, and fun-loving pup to grow with your family, Jules is your girl. You can’t go wrong with this gorgeous, resilient sweetheart! &#226&#128&#139Puppies have a tendency to nip and play bite so might not be suitable for very young children who are not used to living with dogs.     Some of the information contained in this biography includes approximations based on our expertise and is not guaranteed.  Applicants must live no further than one hour from Cary NC as our dogs must be seen by a Best Friend Pet Adoption veterinarian in the Raleigh area for all medical care prior to adoptions being finalized. Jules will still require additional vaccines and to be neutered.  Adopters will need to come to Raleigh/ Cary for these appointments.  Our foster guardians deliver dogs to their new homes for adoption trials and we do home visits to finalize all adoptions.  We therefore require applicants to live within an hours drive of Cary NC.   .
