Fiesty

My story

Feisty is a handsome medium-hair tabby cat who is still very cautious around people. He spends much of his time outside in the shelters atop our outer buildings at the refuge and tends to be skittish and wary when visitors approach. Feisty needs the extra love and care of someone who understands cats, someone who is willing to put in the time and effort to help him build trust in people. We know that there is someone out there who wants to care for Feisty and show him that people can be kind, loving, and fun to be with. Perhaps that someone is you? Feisty sure hopes so! Approx. Feisty is a cat for experienced cat owners only who understand patience, cat communication/body language and the need to allow the cat to bloom and bond 100% at their own pace over time. The home environment needs to be peaceful and tranquil, with no children under the age of 16. In addition to unrestricted access to a warm, safe home environment, Feisty also requires safe restricted access to the outdoors - for example, a screened porch or safe outdoor area with cat-proof fencing.
