My story

Teddy was part of a multi state rescue from a horrible situation. He was fostered in another state before coming to us for adoption placement. Teddy has been neutered so he will never have to "earn" his keep again. We are working to teach him how to be a man of leasure and learn to be a cat. So far he has mastered ignoring you. We are emjoying watching a playful kitten shine through this adult feline. He is so curious about life outside of a cage, he truly is a joy to be around! The adoption fee is $300 + tax and covers age-appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter. The adoption fee helps cover the cost of these vetting procedures.  Please note, we do NOT allow declawing of any cat or kitten that we adopt out, unless deemed medically necessary. We will gladly provide you with alternative methods of managing cats with claws. ***** If you are interested in any of our animals, please fill out an application on our website www.townandcountryanimalrescue.org After you have submitted an application and been approved, a Cat Team member will reach out to set up a “meet and greet” between you and the pet. The introduction between you and the pet will be supervised by one of the cat team members or the foster.
