Meet Freesia, a quiet soul with the softest eyes and a heart full of hope. Found as a stray, Freesia is still learning to trust the world again. At around 6 years old, she’s past the puppy phase but still has many loving years ahead.Freesia is shy at first and takes her time warming up to new people and places. But with patience, gentle words, and a calm environment, she begins to show her sweet and loyal nature. She’s not the type to jump into your lap right away, but she’ll quietly sit beside you, soaking up your kindness. Freesia would do best in a peaceful home with someone who understands that love takes time. She may also benefit from the companionship of another calm, confident dog who can show her the ropes. If you have a tender heart and a quiet home, Freesia might just be the perfect match. She’s waiting for someone to show her that she’s safe, loved, and finally home. This lovable pup recently enjoyed a day at the park and showed off her zest for life the moment her paws hit the grass—immediately flopping over for a joyful scent roll. After her big outdoor adventures, she’s all about soaking up belly rubs and ear scratches—and she’ll thank you with the gentlest kisses in return. She rides quietly in the car and will happily curl up for a nap during the ride. Freesia is looking for a forever family who can match her playful spirit, help her learn, and shower her with the love she so gladly gives back. On another Dog Day Out here is what they had to say, `We had Freesia for about 9 days and she was THE BEST DOG! We requested extra time with her because she was so good! First, she has a very loving demeanor. She was so snuggly. I actually called her Snowplow because she would just weasel her way in between me and my wife on the couch. She was so kind to my two kids - age 10 and 11. She takes treats gently and does not seem food aggressive. She was a good study dog for my wife who is studying for the bar exam. She just stayed on the couch and rested nearby. She seems potty trained and had no accidents in the house. She loved eating her bully sticks and getting the zoomies in the yard. Freesia was also left alone for periods of 1-6 hours and we felt safe not crating her during that time.`She has been spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. Her ADOPTION FEE IS WAIVED! We want all our dogs to have homes as quickly as possible. In an effort to help dogs with longer stays, those who are deteriorating in the
