My story

Meet Sun Shower! This long-haired senior beauty is looking for a home where she can relax and enjoy your company. Her previous guardian described her as loving and affectionate. Sun Shower enjoys being brushed and will meow at you when she feels it's time for her hair appointment. Sun Shower would love to spend most of her time chilling with her people, rather than playing nonstop. Sun Shower would do best as the only cat in the household and would like to live in a home without dogs. She would do best in an adult-only home. Sun Shower has spent most of her time here at HSU living in a staff member's office while she built up some more confidence. During this time, we learned that once she gets to know someone, she showers them with love. She enjoys treats, plays with toys, and sits in peoples' laps once she is comfortable. Sun Shower is currently the longest-stay cat in our care and her adoption fee is waived. She comes with a starter kit filled with essentials to get her comfortable in her new home.
