My story

Creta is a stunning white and grey-spotted domestic shorthair with a heart as soft as her fur. She can be a little shy when first meeting new people or exploring new places, but with a little patience, her true personality shines through. Once she feels comfortable, Creta becomes an absolute sweetheart who loves cuddles and pets. While she isn’t the biggest fan of being picked up, Creta is happiest when she can snuggle up beside you and enjoy gentle affection. She would do best in a calm home, ideally with older children who understand how to be kind and patient with her. If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion who will reward your love with endless snuggles, Creta might just be your perfect match. Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt! DON'T FORGET! Cats often do better with a friend! All our cats and kittens have an "Adopt one and the 2nd at half the adoption fee!" bonus!!! Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
