My story

Meet Elyse, a sweet 8-year-old Miniature Poodle with a big voice and an even bigger heart! Weighing just 7.6 pounds, Elyse may be almost completely blind—able to see only shadows—but that doesn’t stop her from navigating the world with confidence (and a little sass). She's not shy about speaking up when she needs something, and her bold personality shines through despite her small size. Elyse is currently working on her potty and leash training and will thrive with a patient, understanding adopter who can help her continue building those skills. While she can be a bit grumpy from time to time, underneath that occasional grouchiness is a loving and gentle girl just looking for a soft spot to land. If you’re ready to open your heart to a spunky senior with lots of love (and opinions) to share, Elyse might just be your perfect match. Adoption fee is: $275 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs. EIN # 46-5486022
