My story

Hello, I’m Riley! I’m a sweet senior kitty who enjoys the finer pleasures in life, such as catnip, tasty food, and a loyal group of servants. I’m shy and cautious in new situations or when I hear strange noises but I’m gaining more confidence, and I’m becoming affectionate and loving pretty quickly. I like to give lots of sweet little kisses and head butts, and I enjoy it when my ultra soft fur is brushed. Because of my cautious and shy personality, it might take me some time to adjust so I would prefer a quiet home. I’m adjusting more every day to noises and I’m making such great progress. I’m content to hang out in a comfy plush cat bed, or up on a high shelf, or playing with a wand toy or string toy. I also like to hang out with my peeps, and lay next to them while they’re reading a book or just playing it cool. And I’m always up for some canned food, so that’s an easy way to my heart! And did I mention that my foster dad says I have the cutest markings on my back that look just like angel wings? I previously lived with other cats and may adjust to another cat if introduced slowly. I also enjoy my peeps so should be content as an only cat spending lots of time with my new family.
