My story

Scooter here! If you're looking for a playful, loving, and smart new bud, look no further. I am all those things and more. I just want someone to give me all the love I deserve and maybe rub my belly from time to time. I am an affectionate boy with lots of love to give. I am also very friendly and get along with everyone I meet. I'm full of energy and love to play, so I'll never turn down an opportunity to chase my squeaky toy or play fetch in the park. Speaking of parks, I'll need plenty of those, as I have a lot of energy to burn and I love to explore new places. I am very curious and have been known to get into a little bit of trouble if I'm not kept occupied, so if you're looking for an adventurous companion, I'm your guy! I am good with other dogs and right now I'm living with other dogs and doing fine. My previous foster said I slept with one of her children, so I'm good with kids, although an older, larger child might be better able to handle my exuberance. I'll also need a secure yard with a 6-foot fence, since I've been known to jump a 4-foot fence in my desire to play and explore. All dogs typically show on Saturdays at the Petco in Clear Lake as well. 2410 Bay Area Blvd near Space Center. Adopter for this dog must reside in the immediate Houston/Galveston area and be at least 25 years old. A home visit may be required prior to this dog going to any home. The adoption fee for a dog is $190 (or $245 for puppies). All dogs are microchipped, on heartworm protection, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed and treated for fleas.April 30, 2025, 6:24 pm
