My story

COURTESY POSTING FOR LADY LUCK ANIMAL RESCUE - AVAILABLE FOR FOSTER TO ADOPT! Hannah is a GORGEOUS Purebred Siberian Husky. She is 6 months old and currently weighs 36lbs. Hannah was spotted loose in a trailer park in Pompano Beach by a volunteer who feeds a cat colony there. Today we went searching for Hannah and found her owners. Hannah had been living outside in a dilapidated cage, with some plywood on the floor covered with feces and a palm frond on top for shade. After speaking with the owner, they surrendered her to us to find her a good home. We took Hannah immediately to our vet where she was vaccinated, dewormed and given Flea/Tick and Heart Worm Prevention. She did test positive for hookworms, but the medication we gave her will kill them. Hannah is a typical Husky, she is playful and loving and full of Husky energy. She will require someone who is familiar with large breeds and has an active lifestyle. A fenced backyard would be ideal. She is enjoying playing fetch with her temporary foster family! She is good with other dogs, cats and kids! She is crate trained, learning to walk on a leash and doing well with potty training. If you are interested in adopting Hannah, please fill out our adoption application. https://ladyluckanimalrescue.wufoo.com/forms/canine-adoption-agreement-and-application/

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Hannah, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
