WIGGLES NEEDS A FOREVER HOME!!!!   Name: Wiggles            Best Guess for Breed:  Lab, Terrier      Best Guess for Age:  4 months as of May 2025            SEX:  Female   Estimated Weight (puppies' weights change quickly!):  22 lbs as of 5/11/25   Gets Along With:  Most puppies are in the prime of their socialization window and will do well with other dogs, cats and kids so long as they receive patience and proper training.   Currently Living at:  DC area foster home   Special Adoption Considerations:  Puppies under 6 months of age need to have multiple potty breaks/exercise throughout the day. Potential adopters with a standard 8-hour workday must be willing to make arrangements to meet the needs of their puppy.  Wiggles is Looking For:  Hiiiii!!!! I'm Wiggles! Me and my brother, Winston, are cute, sweet, wiggly little puppies who can't wait to find our very own forever home. I'm looking for a lap to snuggle on, toys to play with, treats to snack on, and walks to adventure on. When I get a little older, I'd love to go to dog parks or doggie daycare so I can romp and play with other pups! What do you say? Do you have room in your heart for this much cuteness? What My Foster Says About Me: Wiggles loves to eat and play! She is a very sweet pup with a good temperament. She loves playing with other dogs, and giving tons of kisses. She is so dang happy when you get home, she also does GREAT in the house. She is very cuddly, and loves to sleep on the couch. She snuggles up to me or lays on my legs.Wiggles' Dog Day Out Adventure: Wiggles did an amazing job on our adventure! She is an amazingly confident pup and doing great walking on leash. We went on a nice hour long walk. She was curious about the world around her and stopped to get lots of sniffs, people watch, and explore. She did a great job with some big neighborhood dogs and was gentle with the new people and kids she met on the way. She was also on her best behavior in our house. If you are looking for a confident, loving, smart, athletic; puppy look no further! She BEAMS with happiness when you give her praise! Puppy Vetting Requirements: Lucky Puppies have had their age appropriate vaccines, but may not yet be “fully” vaccinated. It is the adopter’s responsibility to ensure that the remaining puppy vaccines are given at the appropriate time. Please also keep in mind that, until your puppy is fully vaccinated, they are at greater risk for illness than an adult dog.       Your new puppy will need to work on their house training and will also need to go to obedience school so they can grow into a well-socialized dog!  TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this puppy is $485, which includes the cost of routine vetting and transport from the shelter.
