My story

Say hello to MAXWELL, a loving, young male teenager kitty. He is black and white with a unique nose that is half black and half pink. Maxwell starts purring the minute he sees a human. He loves to be held and cuddled and offers hugs to those who pick him up. He is playful and enjoys a variety of cat toys. He is curious but does not try to escape to the outside. Maxwell was found abandoned in a small cat carrier with his sister, Maxine. Without food and water, they wouldn’t have lasted long. Luckily for them, they were rescued by a good soul and brought to CRAN--and the whole experience didn't seem to faze them at all! Maxwell would love to be adopted with his sister MAXINE if you have room in your heart for two affectionate young cats. He is seeking a loving forever home and is likely to adapt quickly to a new situation. Maxwell has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and is negative for FeLV and FIV. His adoption fee includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. You can meet MAXWELL at the cattery inside our partner PetSmart in South Eugene (2858 Willamette St).  Please submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at the store, and an adoption counselor will contact you to set up a meet and greet.  The $155 adoption fee ($280 for 2 teenagers) allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene / Springfield community.
