My story

Hello everyone! My name is Cecile! I’m a 10-week-old female Black Mouth Cur mix with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging. I’m estimated to grow into a beautiful medium-to-large pup, weighing around 50–60 pounds once I’m full grown. Right now, I’m still young and learning about the world — and having the best time doing it! I’m the perfect mix of playful and affectionate. I have plenty of spunk and energy, always ready for a game, a romp in the yard, or a new adventure. But when it’s time to wind down, I absolutely love snuggling up and taking cozy naps right in your lap. I’m happiest when I’m close to my people! I get along wonderfully with everyone I meet — dogs, cats, and humans alike! I’m currently living with a foster dog brother and a cat, and I think they’re the best playmates ever. Honestly, I just want to make friends with everyone! I’m up-to-date on all my age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, and working hard on my potty training and kennel training. I’m a smart little girl and catching on quickly — I just need a family who can continue guiding me as I grow. Since I’m still young, I’m not spayed yet, but my future family will be responsible for completing that when I’m old enough.
