Name: Kyra Age: 1 year old Breed: Large mixed Gender: Female Weight: ~40 pounds Altered: Yes Crate Trained: Yes Housebroke: Yes Good with kids: We don’t have children but due to her timid nature, younger kids will most likely be scary for her at first so older kids may be best. But I believe she would adjust to younger kids if given the time & patience. Good with dogs: Yes, she gets along great with our dogs & loves to play! They help make her more comfortable & confident! Good with cats: Yes. Foster location: Freeport, IL Fee: $150 that includes spay/neuter, monthly preventatives, deworming, age appropriate heartworm testing (or treatment) age appropriate vaccinations at the time of adoption, microchip and health certificate. If you adopt this will come off your adoption fee. If you meet and it’s not a good fit you will be refunded. If you cancel or no show it’s non refundable. **Meet and greets for approved applicants must happen within 3 days or the closest weekend (for long travelers). It’s in the dogs/puppies best interest to be placed into their furever homes in a timely fashion. All household members must attend the meet and greet. Bio: Kyra is such a sweet & playful girl. When she first came to us she was so shy but she has since blossomed. She is still unsure of new things but she has gained so much confidence while with us. She would love a dog friend as she loves to play & they help her feel more comfortable. When she sees us playing with our dogs or giving them attention, she’s right there to join in! Once she feels comfortable, she loves to cuddle up next to you & give kisses. Even though people initially make her nervous, she is curious & doesn’t mind meeting new people who visit our home. She loves spending time with us & cuddling up next to us on the couch. She is a very sweet girl looking for someone with patience who is willing to give her the time she needs to continue to be her newly confident self!
