With his striking good looks and goofy charm, he turns heads wherever he goesâ&#194&#128&#194&#148but itâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s his sweet, playful nature that really wins people over. Otto lives for belly rubs, playtime, and making his people smile.??This bouncy boy is doing well on leashâ&#194&#128&#194&#148and like many pups his age, loves to explore the world with his mouth. Heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s eager to learn and wants nothing more than to please. Heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s the kind of pup who will thrive with structure, consistency, and someone who understands that puppies need patience and guidance. We can already tellâ&#194&#128&#194&#148heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s going to grow into one incredibly smart and loyal dog.Heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s the brother of another shelter pup, Ophelia, and just like her, heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s full of potential.
