My story

Hi! I'm Rhett! I'm an approximately 5 week old (as of 04/25/2025) male, Domestic Short Hair kitten. I was surrendered by my finder on 04/25/2025 because they could no longer keep me. I am a sweet kitten with plenty of energy to keep my new family busy! I will be available for pre-adoption on Friday, May 2nd with a go home date of May 9th. I am scheduled for my neuter on 06/11/2025 and will be required to return to the shelter for this procedure. This is a non-negotiable so plan accordingly! My adoption fee is $75 and that includes my neuter, microchip, rabies vaccination, 1st FVRCP, and 1st dewormer. Meet and greets will be by approved application only. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption.
