My story

Nala June is a gentle, graceful girl who knows what she wants—and who she wants it from. At 6 years old, this lovely grey lady spends most of her day lounging like royalty, but don’t be fooled—she’s always happy to stretch out and greet a friendly visitor. Nala June loves attention and will gently nudge your hands for more if you stop too soon. She was surrendered after struggling to adjust to a home with a young child, and her previous family also noted that dogs were a big source of stress for her. Because of this, Nala June is looking for a calm, dog-free home without young or noisy children. She doesn’t have a known history with other cats, so a slow introduction would be necessary if she were to join a multi-cat household. If you’re looking for a low-key, affectionate companion who’s past the kitten chaos but full of love, Nala June is more than ready to settle into your heart—and your favorite chair.
