My story

Moe’s journey hasn’t been easy. He came to us all the way from Kentucky after his shelter’s roof was destroyed in a storm. Before that, he lost his beloved owner, and suddenly found himself alone, confused, and in unfamiliar places. Understandably, Moe was very shy when he first arrived—but day by day, he’s been coming out of his shell. With patience, kindness, and a little bit of stability, he’s starting to trust again. We’re seeing more tail wags, more curiosity, and more glimpses of the sweet, gentle dog he truly is. Moe is looking for a quiet, understanding home with someone who can help guide him through this next chapter. His world has been turned upside down more than once, and now he just needs someone who will take the time to show him the ropes and remind him that he's safe and loved. If you’re the kind of person who finds joy in helping a shy heart blossom, Moe might just be the companion you’ve been waiting for.
