My story

NATALIA and FWANK are two feline best friends looking for a loving forever family to call their own. Fwank is the older of the two, a handsome all-black boy who always looks like he’s winking because he only has one eye. This condition doesn’t slow him down in the least. He loves people and is very friendly and social. Fwank is enamored with Natalia, and the two can often be found cuddling and grooming one another. Fwank is in excellent health for a senior cat (his bloodwork is all normal) although he does eat a Hills non-prescription senior dry food due to allergies.  He recently had a complete dental. Natalia is also black, with soft, short fur that’s perfect for petting. The big age difference between her and Fwank doesn’t bother her at all. Not only does she love cuddling her “boyfriend,” but Natalia enjoys human attention as well. With a little time, she warms up quickly to new situations and people and loves pets and sitting on laps. Fwank came to our cat rescue when his owner went into a care facility. Natalia was a stray cat who was found to be very friendly and adoptable. Since they’re closely bonded, the two need to go home together. They have been altered, vaccinated, microchipped, are negative for FeLV and FIV, and include a free wellness visit with our vet partners. To meet NATALIA and FWANK in foster, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy at either Eugene PetSmart location. A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 business days for a possible meet and greet. The adoption fee for the bonded pair is $195, which allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community.  For more information, send an email to AdoptInfo@CatRescues.org or call 541-225-4955 option 1.
