Say hello to Tonka — an adorable, distinguished gentleman who’s believed to be a Labrador mix! This sweet pup is on the lookout for his forever home and a loving family ready to embrace all the wonderful parts of puppyhood. Tonka is everything you'd want in a furry best friend: playful, curious, and full of tail-wagging love. Like any young pup, he’s still mastering the ropes of life — so his perfect match will be someone prepared to help him with potty training, crate training, and all the other adventures that come with raising a puppy. He's got the heart of a Lab — loyal, eager to please, and always up for a game or a cuddle. With the right mix of patience, structure, and snuggles, Tonka will grow into a loyal companion and lifelong friend. If you’re ready for a little chaos, a lot of love, and a pup who’ll light up your life, Tonka is waiting to meet you! 🐶💛 If you’re interested in adopting, our process begins with the submission of OUR online application at www.adoptmebluegrasspetrescue.com, or email us if you submitted an application within the last six months. We review and schedule meets (with approved applicants only) based on the order received. Keep in mind they are young puppies with a life expectancy of up to 15 years. Our guiding principle for adoptions is to seek the right fit for family and for dog, including a home that can stay committed to them for life.
