My story

Peppa is a sweet, snuggly girl who just wants to be loved. At about 2 years old, she’s already house and crate trained and absolutely adores her cozy kennel—she’ll even go in on her own when asked! She may be a little shy when meeting new people, but once she warms up, get ready for the magic! Peppa becomes a total lovebug, curling up next to you on the couch (or in your arms like a baby) for snuggles. Peppa has a low to medium energy level and is at her happiest when basking in the sun or going on short strolls around the neighborhood. She's fantastic on leash and loves a quick play session in the yard—fetch is her absolute favorite! After about 15 minutes of fun, she’s ready to curl up for a well-deserved beauty nap. Peppa prefers leisurely, short walks and isn’t one for long treks. She adores spending time in her yard, playing with her favorite balls and flirt pole, and arguing with some squirrels. Peppa has met some doggie friends and gets very excited to make new pals. She would do best with tolerant, playful dogs for one on one play dates. At this time we think Peppa is best as an only dog in her home as she is unable to calm down around other dogs. She’s great with kids, though because she’s a compact little tank, older kiddos (6+) are recommended so she doesn’t accidentally knock them over with her excitement. She also loves car rides and makes the perfect co-pilot, snoozing in the back seat on your adventures. Peppa can do stairs but prefers homes without a ton of them, as her short legs and strong body can make too many trips up and down tough. Super treat-motivated and a quick learner, Peppa is eager to pick up new tricks and make her people proud.
