My story

Meet Freckles!Hey, humans! I’m Freckles, a pup with a white and brown speckled coat that’s as adorable as my personality! I came to BAS last week after being found in Burlington, and I’m ready to find my new best friend (preferably someone who can keep up with my energy).Here’s what I know: I’m playful, high-energy, and love to keep moving. Whether it’s fetching, zooming around, or just having a blast, I’m always ready for action. If you’re looking for a workout buddy, I’m definitely your girl! I’m still learning how to be a pro on a leash (I might get distracted by all the exciting smells), but I’m a quick learner, and I’m sure we’ll get the hang of it soon. As for kids, dogs, and cats, I haven’t had the chance to meet any yet, but I’m totally open to making new friends. Come down to BAS and see if we’re a match—maybe we can go for a walk together!
