My story

This pint-sized cutie is Trixie! She was originally adopted from the shelter back in December, but sadly returned on 4/22 because her new owner was having difficulty house-training her. She is reported to be good with other dogs! Trixie is super sweet but also scared to be back in the loud, overwhelming shelter environment. If you have the time and patience to help Trixie improve her house-training skills, please come meet her today! Trixie is 4 years old and weighs 18 lbs. She is UTD on vaccines, has been spayed and microchipped, and has tested negative for heartworms. Trixie is waiting patiently in kennel 319; her ID # is 6105. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
