My story
Meet Bloom! Bloom entered Downey Shelter as a stray, and when she wasn't claimed, we scooped her up on April 22nd to become a Frosted Face. She is estimated to be 10 years old and weighs 18 lbs. After a much-needed trip to the groomer, Bloom looks even cuter than before and feels so much better. She is such a sweetheart! Drop by between 10 AM and 3 PM any day of the week to meet Bloom and our other on-site Frosted Faces!
