My story

Hi! I'm Helen! I'm an approximately 1 year old, female, Great Pyr/Lab mix. I was found with a friend on Clark Street in Rockwall on 04/22/2025 and never reclaimed. I am learning to walk on a leash and am working on crate training. I am not super jumpy and enjoy taking it easy. I especially enjoy snuggling up on a big, comfy couch with my loved ones. If you have another pet in the home, a meet and greet is encouraged to make sure we get along. My adoption fee is $125 and that includes my spay, microchip, rabies vaccination, basic boosters, and heart worm test! I am scheduled for my spay, rabies and heartworm test on Wednesday 04/30/25. This date is non-negotiable and in accordance with Texas state Law. If you plan to adopt, please plan accordingly for my scheduled spay date. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption.
