My story

Paloma Litter is a sweet and playful 5 month old female Lab and Husky mix. This adorable girl was born after her mom was found pregnant in a field in Bakersfield. She loves squeaky toys and has a ton of energy, making her the perfect playmate for an active family. She gets along great with kids, dogs, and cats, making her a perfect fit for a household looking for a loving and social companion. With her playful spirit and affectionate nature, Paloma Litter is sure to bring lots of joy to her new family! We hold an event every weekend at our facility on SATURDAY and SUNDAY 11-5pm and open to the public. It is first come first serve we do not evaluate applications prior to an event. If there are multiple interested parties in the same dog or puppy at the same time we would pick the best out of the 10 applications. The Lovejoy Foundation, Inc. does not adopt beyond a 30 mile radius from our headquarters in Inglewood. Sometimes exceptions are made in a particular situation for an adopter further out than 30 miles which is at the discretion of the director.
