Submit application to meet dog if interested - yes an application is required******** Meet Sadie! She is a four month old Australian Cattle Dog mix weighing in around 32 pounds. As goes with this breed, Sadie is a high energy but incredibly sweet lady. She needs to have someone willing to continue training her to not jump up on people when she gets very excited- so for this we prefer a home without small children. Sadie is doing well with house training! She does like other dogs overall, but sometimes she could come across as rude (she means no harm!)- but overall she's loyal and loving with her people. We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally we require physically fenced yard for dog/pup to play in safely. Exceptions are sometimes made to this requirement but is up to the foster and more often done for the small breed dogs. All our dogs have been treated with de-wormer; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 months or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchipped; and examined by veterinarian plus given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed at time of adoption. Dogs will be spayed/neutered thru us prior to finalizing any adoption. We provide information on dogs age and breed based on what we are told by person surrendering dog or vet's best guess. While we try our best we cannot guarantee that this information is 100% accurate and can often be best guess in case of our lovable mutts.
