Hi, I'm Penny! Surrendered to the shelter through no fault of my own, I'm a young, sweet girl with a playful spirit once I get comfortable! I may be a little shy at first, but once I get to know you, I promise we'll have lots of fun together! I can be a very affectionate girl when I want to be too! I am friendly with children and other dogs, so my options are really endless! I didn't choose to come here, but I'm making the best of it, meeting new friends and learning new things.
