My story

At almost 12 weeks old and already 16 pounds, Lopez is a laid-back sweetheart with big paws and an even bigger heart. With his scruffy terrier hair (just like his mama!) and mystery-mix charm, he’s on track to grow into a 70–80 pound gentle giant.Lopez loves the kids in his foster home and soaks up every bit of affection he can get. Snuggles? Yes, please. Laps? Always—no matter his size. If you’re looking for a future best friend who will be part cuddle bug, part shadow, and full-time loyal companion, Lopez is your guy.This sweet, chill pup would love a confident doggy buddy in his forever home to help show him the ropes and bring out his playful side.Ready for a whole lot of love? If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location. Petfinder lists our pets as 'Out of Town' pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it.
