Meet Mia!This gorgeous 5-year-old brindle beauty weighs about 60 pounds and has a heart as big as her smile. Mia is a friendly, playful girl who adores people of all ages—she’s lived with children aged 3 to 17 and was a gentle, joyful companion.Mia has also lived with large dogs and did very well, though she can be a bit excited and bouncy during introductions. She would do best with a tolerant dog friend who matches her energy. Because she loves to chase small animals, a cat-free home is recommended.She’s crate trained and working on mastering her potty training. Mia already knows commands like “sit” and “stop,” and her eagerness to please makes her a great candidate for continued training.Sadly, Mia was surrendered after her previous owner was evicted, but she hasn’t let that dim her spirit. She’s affectionate, social, and always up for a game or cuddle session.
