My story

This happy go lucky girl is Stormy! Her owner had some legal troubles and there was no one to take care of Stormy. She arrived to the shelter on 4/10. Stormy is 1 year old and weighs in at 63 pounds. Her heart is as big as that smile. She knows to sit and lay down when asked. She is very strong and has lots of energy on a leash. Sadly, she is positive for heart worm and will need a special family to help her. Wouldn't you like to wake up to that smile every morning? Ask for ID# 9292 Run 29. She will be spayed and micro-chipped upon adoption. She has tested positive for heart worm. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heart worm or combo test and a microchip.
