Oh, Zoe! This tiny treasure is guaranteed to pull on your heart strings. Zoe was living in poor conditions in Texas where she unfortunately was infected with heartworm disease. She is now ready to find out what the good life really is. Don't let her heartworm diagnosis scare you, it certainly doesn't scare Zoe. She is starting treatment and can't wait to meet her forever family. Zoe is quite petite at just over 30 lbs. She is the perfect size to snuggle with you on the couch. Zoe is a girl you do not want to miss out on. Come meet her and you will wonder how you ever made it without her!
