My story

This beauty is Lyrica! She arrived at the shelter as a lost girl on 4/8, and no one has come to reclaim her. Lyrica is such a pretty dog, and she has the most unique eyes! The volunteers describe her as super sweet, quiet in her kennel, and great on leash. She is still quite young so please ensure you have the time, patience, and energy to keep up with her! Lyrica is approximately 2 years old and weighs 55 lbs. She is UTD on vaccines and tested negative for heartworms. She will be spayed and microchipped upon adoption. Lyrica is waiting patiently in run 89; her ID # is 9253. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
