My story

My name is Steve and I am 4 years old. I was part of a small cat colony that a nice lady, who is now my foster mom, had been feeding on her porch for over a year. I have always been very friendly; so, she decided to help me find a loving furever home and here I am! I love cuddling and giving kisses. My absolute favorite thing to do is sit on your lap and purr. I am super chill, sweet and a total lovebug. I am still getting used to the indoor life and learning how to play with cat toys, but I am curious and trying my best every day! IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please complete the Adoption Application on our website www.catniprescue.org to get the process started. Please do NOT use any adoption application by Adopt-a-Pet, as this will NOT provide us with the required information and will delay the adoption process. All known information about the cat is provided in the cat's description. We can help match you up with a cat appropriate for your household. Some of the cats featured here are on display in the Adoption Center inside Petsmart at 641 Baltimore Pike, Springfield PA 19064. Volunteers are present twice a day to care for the cats, but may not be able to let you in to meet a cat. All Adoption Applications are processed immediately, usually in 1-3 days. If your application is approved, arrangements will be made for you to meet the cat(s) before finalizing the adoption. Be sure to check your VOICE MAILS and EMAILS for messages from us regarding your application. Please complete ONLY ONE Adoption Application, either on the yellow paper form found at Petsmart OR on our website www.catniprescue.org Multiple applications from the same applicant will delay the process.
