My story

Apply to Adopt Me! NOTE: Cagney and Lacey must be adopted together. My name is Cagney and I’m a little terrier girl looking for a family to call my own, along with my mom Lacey. I’m 2-3 years old and weigh 12 lbs. We traveled here from Georgia, where we lived in a small room since I was born. We were never allowed outside so I’m really loving being able to run in a fenced backyard now. I love treats and anything I get to eat. I’m really friendly, and have been told kinda clingy too - but that’s to be expected since I didn’t get much love in the past. I will wrap my head around your shoulders and give hugs. I love all dogs, big and small. I’m ok with cats too. I haven’t been around little kids but I love older ones. Despite being locked in a room my entire life, I’m housebroken. I’m learning to walk on a leash but love to run in a fenced yard, so that is required for me. I ride great in a crate in the car too. Please help me and my mom find our forever home.
