My story

Say hello to Hepburn, the tiniest little movie star in the making! This adorable Chihuahua mix came to us with her equally cute siblings, and now she’s ready to steal the spotlight—and your heart—as she begins the search for her forever home. Hepburn is the perfect blend of spunky and snuggly. One minute she’s bouncing around with big puppy energy, chasing after toys or wrestling with her siblings, and the next she’s curled up on your lap, gazing up at you with those soulful eyes just waiting to be held. She's got a little sass, a lot of charm, and a heart full of love. This little lady is looking for a family that’s ready to take on all the joys (and chaos!) of puppyhood—think potty training, teething, and the zoomies at 10pm. She’ll thrive in a home that will socialize her, help her grow in confidence, and show her the ropes with kindness and patience. ✨ Hepburn's must-haves: A family ready for puppy adventures (and accidents!) Plenty of cuddles, soft blankets, and lap time Socialization and gentle training to help her blossom A sense of humor—because puppies are always full of surprises! If you’re interested in adopting, our process begins with the submission of OUR online application at www.adoptmebluegrasspetrescue.com, or email us if you submitted an application within the last six months. We review and schedule meets (with approved applicants only) based on the order received. Keep in mind she is a young puppy with a life expectancy of up to 15 years. Our guiding principle for adoptions is to seek the right fit for family and for dog, including a home that can stay committed to her for life.
