My story

Hello! My name is Tulip!I am a very affectionate girl but also a bit nervous when I interact with humans. I have never lived in a home before so normal things (like stairs, vehicles, microwaves, etc.) to you are a bit odd to me. While I am a bit sensitive, I am curious about these things and explore them with some caution. I`m looking for a home that is interested in building my confidence through positive training and play! I hope you`re ok with me climbing into your lap and licking your face!MY IDEAL HOME INVOLVES…CHILDREN: Teenagers should be fine. I am sensitive so would not be ideal for young children.OTHER DOGS: Yes, I would enjoy a play mate, and a confident, easy-dog would be a great match for me!CATS: Potentially, with cats confident around dogs.FIRST-TIME DOG OWNERS: No, I would do best with someone who has previous dog experience.FENCED-IN YARD: Recommended given age and energy.HOUSING ENVIRONMENT: No apartment buildings given my sensitive nature.SOMEONE HOME MOST OF THE DAY: Not necessarily, but given my age it’s not ideal that I be left a full work day.SOME OTHER THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ME…ACTIVITY LEVEL: Medium-high. HOUSE-TRAINED: Almost!
