My story

ADOPTION FEE: $525 Meet Carl! This poor baby was attacked by another pup :(. Despite getting attacked, Carl is a sweet man who is happy to be here, he is in search of his forever home who will give him endless love! FROM THEIR FOSTER: 5/22 Carl is great with people and especially children. He is a happy, and rumbustious puppy. He likes to play with toys and just run around and be a puppy. He is ok around other dogs and cats. He loves attention and affection. He is currently doing well with potty training. Once he knows where to go, he will go to the door when he is ready. Overall a great puppy. 5/6 Carl is the sweetest, he loves people and will protect them no matter what. Believes he is one with humans, making his body yours while cuddling. Great walker and loves hikes. 4/21 In simple terms, Carl is one spunky puppy with the most gorgeous eyes. I’ve had Carl for about 2 weeks and he’s definitely come out of his shell! Despite having a fractured leg (which is healing well!), he’s still very active and playful. He is also the best napping buddy. We have still been working on potty training, but he’s getting the hang of it! Otherwise, he is excelling in other areas! Such as crate training, he sleeps in it at night with little to no whining or barking. I’ve learned that placing a blanket over his crate lets him know it’s quiet time or time for bed. Carl does super great when it comes to meeting new people, he LOVES the attention. He has met some younger kids and does well, as long as there is redirection when bad manners are shown. Carl is also dog friendly with larger dogs, but slower introductions should be used when introducing him to smaller dogs. Overall Carl is the best puppy! PREVIOUS SHELTER NOTES: Carl is a sweet, gentle, and quiet pup. He curls up in his kennel in a little ball and seeks affection. Glad he's onto a better life.  We are a foster-based rescue and generally do not have pups available to meet at our office except during adoption events on Saturdays. We host adoption events almost every Saturday from 11:00am to 2:00pm at Petco in Fort Collins (2211 S College Ave. STE 200, Fort Collins, CO 80525)! Check our Instagram and/or Facebook page for info on where we will be hosting adoptions this weekend! All Aboard Animal Rescue saves dogs and puppies from high-kill shelters in other states. These pups are brought to Colorado, where they are required to be spayed or neutered - breaking the cycle of unwanted litters of puppies who end up as strays!
