My story

Meet Rizzo! This sweet yellow lab boy is all wiggles and just wants love! At 5 1/2 years old this guy has the playfulness of a puppy. Rizzo has been learning a lot about leash manners and respecting doors in his foster home, but still has some learning to do. He does know to sit, down, and stay. While Mr Riz gets along well with other dogs outside of the home, he would be better suited to an only dog household so that he can get all the one on one love he deserves. He's not been around cats but does have a strong prey drive towards rabbits and squirrels so we don't know how he would do with cats. He's fine with kids other than trying to jump on them. Rizzo came to us with a hematoma on his ear that needed to be drained. He had been wearing a head wrap but the hematoma has now healed.  Rizzo likes to run with a toy in his mouth trying to get Beau to chase him but doesn't care about toys otherwise... and he's fully potty trained and will let you know when he needs to go out. He is 80lbs of love, and gives the best cuddles and kisses! Rizzo's $300 adoption fee covers his neuter, vaccines, heartworm test, flea/tick/heartworm preventatives, deworming medication, and microchip registration.
