My story

Spunky and Sassy...that's our Shelby! This pretty puppy is Shelby and she is a 19lb, 10 month old Doodle mix. Our vet believes she is part or mostly Labradoodle but who knows? Whatever doodle she is...she is absolutely adorable! We got Shelby as an owner surrender when the couple felt that they didn't have the time for a new puppy. It's ok because we agreed to take her into our foundation and promised to find her the forever home she deserves. Shelby needs a very specific home because she is puppy...ALL puppy! She needs a relaxed home that is active and has another "young" and "playful" dog in the home. She cannot be an "only" dog. We do have two different dogs that are his best friends and would be perfect for her! We also want her in a home with a safe and secure yard that she can run around in. A home with owners that are home most of the day would be ideal for this little mischievous pup! Shelby is just a big goofy, silly, and loving puppy that needs that right family that will be patient and loving with her while she navigates through those awkward puppy years, and we know that perfect home is out there! Shelby is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. We only adopt in the Greater Los Angeles areas as an in person meet/greet, home check, and trial period are required.
